Recruitment of Undergraduate Student Supporters for the 2026 Pre-University Program
(Application Deadline: Friday, June 13, 2025 / Activity Stipend: KRW 300,000)

The Center for Teaching and Learning Development at the College of Liberal Studies is recruiting undergraduate student supporters to develop course guides by major for the 2026 Pre-University Program.
Of the 113 undergraduate majors at Seoul National University (91 undergraduate majors and 22 interdisciplinary/interdepartmental majors), course guides for 58 majors have already been completed. We are now seeking to expand the coverage through this recruitment.

We kindly ask for the active participation of current students who are willing to support the academic transition of incoming freshmen and contribute to enhancing the quality of pre-admission education.

■ About the Pre-University Program

This program supports incoming undergraduate students of Seoul National University by helping them prepare for university-level academics through early exposure to foundational courses before the start of the semester.

■ Supporter Recruitment for 2026 Incoming Students

□ Eligibility

• 20 undergraduate students from 20 different majors (divided across Humanities, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Engineering fields)

• Please check the list of eligible majors below before applying. Majors with completed guides are not eligible.

□ Period

• Application Period: Monday, May 12 – Friday, June 13, 2025 (23:59 KST)
  Recruitment may close earlier depending on application status.

• Activity Period: Monday, June 16 – Monday, August 18, 2025 (2 months)

• Results Announcement: Monday, June 16, 2025 (individual notification via email or text)

□ Selection Criteria

• Passion to support and improve the pre-admission education of incoming students

• Previous participation in the Pre-University Program is preferred but not required

• Open to enrolled and on-leave students; preference given to high academic achievers

• Students with double majors and those in interdisciplinary programs may apply

□ Main Activities

• Review foundational course content developed from 2022–2024

• Create a curriculum flowchart for your major and analyze its connection to foundational courses

• Write a course review for program promotion
  Submitted materials may be featured on the College of Liberal Studies website for promotional purposes.

□ Support Provided

• Activity stipend: KRW 300,000 (for 2 months; paid upon completion of tasks)

• Certificate of participation (available upon request)
